COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the rules, standards, and expectations for all users of Qlipps (the "Platform"), including viewers, subscribers, and content creators ("Users").

The purpose of these Guidelines is to ensure that Qlipps remains a safe, lawful, and respectful environment while supporting a diverse range of content, including both general entertainment and adult content. These Guidelines apply to all forms of content and activity on the Platform, including videos, images, audio, text, comments, messages, profiles, and live interactions.

By using Qlipps, you agree to comply with these Guidelines at all times. Violations may result in enforcement actions, including content removal, demonetization, account restrictions, or permanent termination.

2. AGE-APPROPRIATE USE AND CONTENT ACCESS

Qlipps operates a structured age-based access system to protect minors while allowing appropriate content distribution.

2.1 Users Aged 13 to 17

Users between 13 and 17 years of age may access the Platform only with parental or guardian supervision. Any attempt to bypass age restrictions or access restricted content is considered a serious violation.

2.2 Age Misrepresentation

Providing false information regarding age, or attempting to circumvent age verification systems, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

3. CONTENT CLASSIFICATION AND LABELING

All Users, particularly Creators, are responsible for accurately classifying their content.

  • Content intended for general audiences must be clearly suitable for users aged 13 and above.

  • Mislabeling content, whether intentional or negligent, may lead to removal, demonetization, or account penalties.

Proper classification ensures that users are not exposed to inappropriate material and helps maintain compliance with legal and advertising standards.

4. ADULT CONTENT POLICY

Qlipps does not permit the upload, distribution, promotion, or monetization of explicit adult or pornographic content on the Platform. Content containing explicit sexual acts, sexually exploitative material, or unlawful nudity is strictly prohibited.

Any content involving minors, non-consensual acts, coercion, exploitation, abuse, or illegal activities will be removed immediately and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Qlipps reserves the right to age-restrict, remove, demonetize, or limit the visibility of content that is considered mature, sexually suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate under its policies and community standards.

5. SAFETY AND PROHIBITED CONTENT

Qlipps prohibits content that poses a risk to individuals, communities, or public safety. The following categories of content are strictly prohibited:

5.1 Violence and Harm

Content that depicts or promotes extreme violence, physical harm, or cruelty in a graphic or disturbing manner is not allowed. This includes content that glorifies injury, death, or abuse.

5.2 Dangerous or Harmful Acts

Content that encourages or demonstrates dangerous behavior, including challenges or stunts that may result in injury or harm, is prohibited. This includes misleading or unreliable information that could negatively impact health or safety.

5.3 Hate Speech and Harassment

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality is strictly prohibited. Harassment, bullying, and targeted abuse are also not tolerated.

5.4 Illegal Activities

Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including fraud, scams, hacking, or unlawful conduct, is prohibited.

6. REGULATED AND SENSITIVE CONTENT

Certain categories of content are subject to restrictions due to legal, ethical, or advertiser considerations.

6.1 Drugs and Controlled Substances

Content that promotes or facilitates the use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs is prohibited. Discussions of substances in educational or informational contexts may be allowed but may not be eligible for monetization.

6.2 Weapons and Firearms

Content involving weapons must not promote violence or illegal use. Demonstrations or educational content may be permitted subject to review.

6.3 Tobacco and Nicotine

Content promoting tobacco or nicotine products may be restricted and is generally not eligible for advertising monetization.

6.4 Sensitive Events and Controversial Issues

Content related to tragedies, disasters, or controversial social or political issues must be handled responsibly and must not exploit or sensationalize such events.

7. MISLEADING, DECEPTIVE, AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR

Users must not engage in deceptive practices on the Platform.

This includes:

  • Misleading titles, thumbnails, or descriptions

  • Impersonation of individuals or entities

  • Promotion of scams, fraudulent schemes, or dishonest behavior

Such conduct undermines trust and may result in immediate enforcement actions.

8. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users must respect intellectual property rights.

  • Content must not be uploaded without proper authorization or ownership

  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may result in removal under applicable laws, including the DMCA

  • Repeat violations may lead to account termination

9. ADVERTISER-FRIENDLY CONTENT STANDARDS

Qlipps distinguishes between content that is allowed on the Platform and content that is eligible for advertising monetization.

Content that includes violence, hate speech, drugs, weapons, controversial issues, sensitive events, deceptive practices, incendiary behavior, or tobacco-related themes may not qualify for advertising revenue, even if it does not violate Platform rules.

Advertiser suitability decisions are made at Qlipps' discretion and may evolve over time.

10. CONTENT MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

Qlipps enforces these Guidelines through a combination of human review and automated systems, including artificial intelligence tools.

Enforcement actions may include:

  • Content removal

  • Age restriction

  • Demonetization

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Reduction in content visibility or discoverability

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans.

11. REPORTING AND USER SAFETY

Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that violates these Guidelines. Qlipps reviews reports and takes appropriate action based on the severity and nature of the violation.

False or abusive reporting may itself be considered a violation.

12. APPEALS AND REVIEW PROCESS

Users may have the opportunity to appeal certain enforcement actions. Appeals are reviewed internally, and decisions are made based on applicable policies and available evidence.

Qlipps reserves the right to make final determinations.

13. UPDATES TO THESE GUIDELINES

Qlipps may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or platform practices. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
