Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@qlipps.com including:

Identification of the removed content and its prior location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
Your name, contact details, and signature

We may restore content unless the original complainant files a legal action within the timeframe required by the DMCA.

Repeat infringer policy

Qlipps may suspend or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers, including after a third substantiated violation.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability under applicable law.
