THIRD-PARTY CONTENT IMPORT POLICY

This policy governs how content may be brought onto Qlipps. It applies to all creators and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and Creator Terms.

Qlipps Technologies LLC operates an independent creator platform. This policy governs the method by which content arrives on Qlipps only. It does not limit any Creator Right once content is lawfully uploaded.

1. Prohibited import methods

The following are permanently blocked on all surfaces (web, mobile, API, and admin):

YouTube / Google	URL import and re-hosting prohibited
TikTok / ByteDance	URL import prohibited
Instagram / Meta	URL import prohibited
Facebook / Meta	URL import prohibited
Vimeo	URL import prohibited unless uploader enabled downloads
Twitch	VOD/clip URL import prohibited

Server-side validation rejects known platform URLs on every import endpoint.

2. Permitted import methods

Creators may upload content only through:

Native device upload — MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WebM (up to platform limits)
Bulk device upload — up to 20 files per batch
Folder drop (desktop browsers)
Google Drive — creator's own files via official picker APIs
iCloud Drive — via Apple document picker
Dropbox — via official chooser API
OneDrive — via Microsoft picker

By uploading, you confirm you own the original file or have all rights required to publish it on Qlipps.

3. Cinematic Hero restriction

YouTube and other embed-only imports cannot be used as the cinematic homepage hero background. Only uploaded MP4/HLS files may be featured. See DMCA Policy and admin guidance for details.

4. Enforcement

Invalid URL imports are rejected at upload time with a clear error message
Repeat attempts to circumvent restrictions may result in account suspension
Existing platform-URL-imported content may be subject to a re-upload window, after which it may be removed
