This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using Qlipps services operated by Qlipps Technologies LLC ("Qlipps", "we", "us"), including the Qlipps platform, Qlipps Host, embeds, uploads, promotions, and related APIs.
This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service, the Creator Terms, and the Qlipps Host Terms. Where this AUP conflicts with a product-specific addendum on a narrow Host-only topic, the addendum controls for that topic only.
1. Scope
This AUP applies to every account, upload, stream, embed, destination URL, advertisement, and API client that uses Qlipps infrastructure.
2. Prohibited content and activity
You may not use Qlipps to upload, host, embed, promote, or distribute content or activity that:
- Violates applicable law, including child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or trafficking.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights (see the DMCA Copyright Policy).
- Constitutes malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or other fraud.
- Promotes violent extremism, credible threats of violence, or doxxing.
- Circumvents age gates, geo blocks, paywalls, or other access controls on Qlipps.
- Uses Qlipps Host as a general-purpose file CDN, dump, or relay for third-party libraries you do not own or control.
- Attempts to scrape, overload, or probe Qlipps systems beyond documented APIs and fair use.
Adult and prohibited content rules in the Community Guidelines also apply on the social platform surface.
3. Embeds and destination sites
If you embed Qlipps players or buy placements that send viewers to an external site, you must ensure the destination is safe, accurately represented, and lawfully operated. Qlipps may reject, pause, or remove delivery when a destination fails Safe Browsing checks, framing policy, advertising terms, or this AUP.
4. Enforcement
Qlipps may remove content, suspend embeds, refuse placements, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with notice where practicable. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Reporting
Report AUP concerns to support@qlipps.com. Copyright notices must follow the DMCA Copyright Policy.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
