CREATOR BILL OF RIGHTS — MARKETPLACE ADDENDUM

This Marketplace Addendum supplements the Qlipps Creator Bill of Rights and applies to creators who sell on the Qlipps Creator Marketplace. Rights #21–#23 below are marketplace-specific commitments.

RIGHT #21 — FAIR MARKETPLACE FEES
Qlipps publishes marketplace fee rates in the Fee & Payment Schedule. Sellers can see how fees apply before listing and in payout reporting. Qlipps will not change fee rates without reasonable notice, except where required by law or payment network rules.
RIGHT #22 — TRANSPARENT PAYOUTS
Sellers can view order-level earnings, Platform Fee deductions, processing impacts, and payout status through the creator marketplace dashboard and Stripe Connect. Qlipps will explain holds related to disputes, escrow, or compliance reviews.
RIGHT #23 — LISTING OWNERSHIP
Sellers retain ownership of original Listing content they upload. Qlipps receives only the licenses necessary to host, market, process payments, and deliver goods as described in the Seller Agreement and Creator Terms of Service.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Creators may be asked to acknowledge this Addendum version when enabling marketplace selling. Acknowledgment records are stored with the creator account.
