This Marketplace Privacy Notice describes how Qlipps processes personal information in connection with marketplace transactions. It supplements the Qlipps Privacy Policy and applies to Buyers and Sellers when using marketplace features.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
For marketplace orders we may collect:

Account identifiers and contact information;

Billing and shipping addresses for physical goods;

Order history, Listing interactions, and support communications;

Payment tokens and transaction metadata processed by Stripe;

Device, log, and fraud-prevention signals.
Sellers may receive Buyer information necessary to fulfill orders (for example, shipping addresses).
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use marketplace data to process payments, facilitate delivery, prevent fraud, provide support, improve discovery, comply with law, and enforce marketplace policies.
3. SHARING WITH SELLERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share information with Sellers to fulfill orders, with Stripe for payments, with shipping label providers when Sellers purchase labels, and with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
4. RETENTION
Order records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
