NO-SHOW POLICY

This No-Show Policy applies to marketplace services, coaching sessions, consultations, and other appointment-based Listings.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. SCHEDULING
Sellers must disclose time zone, duration, delivery method (video link, phone, in-person where allowed), and preparation requirements in the Listing.
2. CANCELLATIONS
Unless the Listing states otherwise:

Buyers may cancel for a full refund if notice is provided at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start;

Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable unless the Seller agrees or Qlipps determines the Seller canceled.
3. SELLER NO-SHOW
If the Seller fails to attend without rescheduling, Buyers may receive a full refund or credit after review.
4. BUYER NO-SHOW
If the Buyer fails to attend without timely cancellation, the Seller may retain payment minus applicable platform and processing fees.
5. RESCHEDULING
Parties should reschedule in good faith through available platform tools. Repeated abuse may result in account action.
