This Shipping Policy applies to physical goods sold on the Qlipps Marketplace.

1. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Sellers must ship to the address provided at checkout, use adequate packaging, and meet processing times stated on the Listing.
2. SHIPPING LABELS AND CARRIERS
Sellers may purchase shipping labels through integrated providers such as EasyPost where available. Carrier terms and insurance options are determined by the selected carrier and label purchase.
3. TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Sellers should upload valid tracking numbers when available. Delivery estimates on Listings are commitments by the Seller, not guarantees by Qlipps.
4. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Buyers must report non-delivery or damage within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date. Claims are reviewed under the Buyer Protection Policy.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sellers are responsible for customs declarations, export compliance, and duties unless the Listing clearly states otherwise. Buyers are responsible for import duties where applicable.
