1. SELLER RESPONSIBILITY
Sellers must have rights to all Listing content, including images, videos, music, fonts, and digital downloads.
2. DMCA NOTICES
Copyright owners may submit takedown notices to dmca@qlipps.com including:

Identification of the copyrighted work;

Identification of the infringing Listing with URL;

Contact information and good-faith statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
3. COUNTER-NOTICES
Sellers may submit counter-notices as permitted by the DMCA. Qlipps may restore content unless the complainant initiates legal action.
4. REPEAT INFRINGERS
Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated.
5. TRADEMARKS
Trademark complaints may be sent to dmca@qlipps.com with evidence of registration and misuse.
