The following items and services may not be listed or sold on the Qlipps Marketplace. This policy supplements the platform Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

1. ILLEGAL AND REGULATED GOODS
Listings must comply with applicable local, state, national, and international law. Prohibited items include illegal drugs, controlled substances without authorization, stolen goods, and items requiring licenses you do not hold.
2. WEAPONS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and hazardous chemicals are prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by Qlipps legal compliance.
3. COUNTERFEIT AND INFRINGING GOODS
Counterfeit products, unauthorized replicas, and goods that infringe intellectual property rights are prohibited. See the Intellectual Property Policy.
4. ADULT AND EXPLOITATIVE CONTENT
Explicit pornography, sexually exploitative material, and content involving minors are prohibited, consistent with platform content rules.
5. DECEPTIVE OR HARMFUL LISTINGS
Prohibited listings include malware, credential theft tools, spam lists, pyramid schemes, medical cure claims without substantiation, and items primarily designed to evade law enforcement or platform safety systems.
6. ENFORCEMENT
Violations may result in immediate Listing removal, fund holds, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
