This Digital Product Policy governs the sale and delivery of downloadable or access-based digital goods on the Qlipps Marketplace.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. DELIVERY
Digital products are made available through Qlipps-controlled delivery mechanisms after successful payment. Sellers must upload complete, virus-free files and maintain access for the period stated in the Listing.
2. LICENSES
Unless the Listing expressly states otherwise, Buyers receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use purchased digital content for lawful purposes. Resale, redistribution, or public re-upload is prohibited unless the Seller grants broader rights in writing.
3. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyers must download or access files promptly and maintain compatible devices and software. Qlipps is not responsible for Buyer equipment limitations.
4. PROHIBITED DIGITAL GOODS
Digital Listings must not include malware, stolen credentials, pirated materials, or content violating the Prohibited Items Policy.
5. REFUNDS
Digital sales are generally final. Limited exceptions appear in the Buyer Protection Policy.
