These Seller Standards set quality and conduct expectations for creators selling on the Qlipps Marketplace. Violations may result in Listing removal, payout holds, or suspension.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. LISTING ACCURACY
Sellers must use clear titles, honest descriptions, accurate pricing, and representative images. Digital previews must not mislead Buyers about file contents or license scope.
2. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
Sellers should respond to buyer order inquiries within forty-eight (48) hours when messaging tools are available. Abusive or harassing communication is prohibited.
3. FULFILLMENT TIMELINES

Digital goods: Deliver access promptly after payment confirmation.

Physical goods: Ship within the processing time stated on the Listing and provide valid tracking when applicable under the Shipping Policy.

Services: Honor scheduled times and cancellation rules in the No-Show Policy.
4. REVIEWS AND INTEGRITY
Sellers must not manipulate ratings, post fake reviews, or offer incentives conditioned on positive reviews. Coordinated abuse may result in permanent removal.
5. ENFORCEMENT
Qlipps may issue warnings, require corrective action, restrict discovery placement, or terminate selling privileges for repeated or severe violations of these Standards or the Prohibited Items Policy.
